iTHERM StrongSens technology
High vibration applications can cause temperature sensors to fail leading to increased operational costs and plant downtime. The iTHERM StrongSens Pt100 can withstand over 20 times more vibration than standard temperature elements, making it the perfect fit for high vibration applications such as turbines, water pumps and compressors.

Which device?
The iTHERM StrongSens Pt100 element is available in a variety of Endress+Hauser's Omnigrad temperature probes for use in standard process applications through to heavy industry applications with heavy duty build-up.
TR10 - For standard applications with a threaded process connection and pipe or vessel lagging.
TR11 - For standard applications with a threaded process connection.
TR13 - For standard applications with a flanged process connection.
TR88 - For standard application use in an existing thermowell.
TR62 - For heavy duty applications use in an existing thermowell.
TR63 - For heavy duty applications requiring a fabricated thermowell.
TR66 - For heavy duty applications requiring a barstock thermowell.
